The Lebron Effect on Miami's Economy...

With the signing of Lebron to the Heat what New York Mayor Bloomberg tried so hard to accomplish Mickey Arison did. This will have a profound effect on Miami Real Estate. This has already created a buzz for Downtown Miami Real Estate across from the American Airlines arena for developments like Ten Museum, 900 Biscayne, 50 Biscayne, Epic, Marina Blue and the new Marquis Miami. The buyers who were on the fence just got off once they heard the news that Lebron picked Miami. This will also inject much needed revenue for the city. 

“If James played for a team like the woeful New York Knicks or the disastrous New Jersey Nets, the economic impact on the area would be immense. According to the New York City Economic Development Corp. (EDC), each Knicks or Nets playoff game would deliver some $3.6 million to the region. And if you are ready to dream the impossible dream, an NBA title could inject close to $60 million into the local economy."
